I have a question about Deathwatch relic from Rites of Battle Triflame Vambrace. How works its burst mode? Where are the stats of its "massive damage"?

It works like a dragon fire attack, though I'm not sure if massive damage was supposed to be appened with a semi-auto rate. Seems like it should get an effective rate of fire or something on that mode in place of the fire arc- not sure, sorry
