You can only have three cards with any given name in your deck, correct? So the six Julia Browns make this illegitimate.

Correct, it goes by Title not by Descriptor, so 3 of the Julia Brown have to go.

The Groundskeeper only really helps bring 6 of your 50 cards into play cheaper. He's a crappy 3 cost character if he's only helping out 10% of your deck.
Pulled Under is only going to work with Julia Brown, OA. You don't have any other characters in there with 2 terror icons.

Honestly, I would axe the neutral Julia Browns, remove Pulled under, add another Dr. Baker, and add some sort of way to get more resource usage (Ritual of Power, Arkham Asylum), and probably add Satchel of the Void. You need some other way to get your clutch cards back into your hand, and SotV at least gets them back into your deck to have the potential to draw them again. Adding RoP, AA, and/or SotV also increase the viability of your Groundskeeper, since more of your deck will then be support cards.
