Does any have or know where I could find a player aid sheet listing all actions available during regular combat and maybe another listing actions available during starship combat?

GM Screen, and I think there are several tables inside the Core rulebook itself.

For Starship battle, I think there's a quick sheet (with reference) downloadable from the support page, called Drydock.

I also recommend searching the internets or browsing through Dark Reign - I know I've seen some nifty documents out there some time ago, though I don't know anymore where exactly.

But yes, I've found the GM Screen useful for players, too...

I haven't updated this for BF Koronus yet, and there are a few minor houseful modification included, but this may suit your needs:
