Speaking of punctuality, I'll take this time to let everyone know that we will be running all events this year on a tight schedule, and though we are not going to be jerks about it (well, as TO I might be a jerk about it ) we are going to start and end rounds on time.

In a practical sense, that means rounds will be one hour long, and with 5 min to go we will inform players that time is almost up and that they should not start another round. At one hour exactly, we will institute a "finish the current phase" call. We have a very cool event scheduled right after the Regional, so we want to make sure that as many people as possible can play in it!

Actually, I've got it all pretty much figured out, so getting chain links out should be easier than it has been in the past. Especially with your wife helping during the rounds.

For the record, does the joust start at 10am, or does registration start at 10am?

If you need help getting the maesters stuff done between rounds, we will have a bunch of volunteers around to help you with it. We have opted to go 5 rounds this year due to the increase in participation, so we are going to be pressed for time and need things to start on time.

And by "we" I mean Luke, as he is the TO.

We'll make sure that you are playing on time Jester! Sienna will be there early, so you can run her through the process before the games start. If you happen to finish a game early, great, but feel free to leave it in her hands so you can focus. Plus there will be a lunch break where you can catch up (cause you don;t really need to eat, do you?)

Sorry Wyndwalker. I had very fond memories of our draft game last year . Specifically getting worked by you. The draft has been scheduled for quite a while now, and it was posted here on the boards and before that on Kubla's website. I'm really sorry dude. You could always just get the whole family to play in the draft

Countdown to Kubla. Packing - work in progress. Deck building - hmmmm, not sure if I'm done or starting over. But ready or not Jen and I will see you all at the draft tomorrow. May even be there early if anyone is gonna be around.
