Survivor of the red cages Elite Campaign package allows existing characters to purchase the skills and talents listed at the available cost listed?
(not talking about the Character creaction background package)
Because I have a Battle Sister (rules from the BoM) and most of those same skills are way expensive to take, I feel like I'd be cheating to buy the same skills at half the cost. Maybe I'm not taking in to account that I payed for it in being there...
