High Elf Deck (Korhil+Dragons)

By Blaquesmith, in Warhammer Invasion Deck Building

Hey guys!

After playing a lot this weekend with my Dark Elfes, I decided to play the HE as well. First I started with a deck that used very much indirect damage but then I thought of playing with dragons. Unfortunately there are only two dragons available for the High Elfes. So I thought of how to combine them with other units to be "effective". The idea from this deck is to create a decent ressource pool with the cheap units. The indirect damage is to soften up the opponent. I think Korhil and the Chariot do some good work on the battlefield to "make way" for the dragons.

I chose the quest to filter my draw and I´m not sure if should take Scroll of Asur instead.

Just look at the deck and maybe someone has some C&C. It is always welcome.

Thanks!

Unit (26)
3 Envoy from Averlorn
3 Keeper of the Flame
3 Scion of the Everqueen
3 Shadow Warrior
3 Dreamer of Dragons
3 Tiranoc Chariot
3 Korhil
3 Descendent of Indraugnir
2 Moon Dragon

Tactic (3)
3 Charge of the Silver Helms

Quest (3)
3 Follow the Portent

Support (18)
3 Contested Village
3 Bottomless Mine
3 Citadel of Dusk
3 Mining Tunnels
3 Elven Warship
3 Dragon's Lair

To me the Korhil deck that the dragon deck would be better as two seperate ideas.

Korhil/chariot work best with many low cost units, I feel that adding dragons and dragons lair create too many dead draws for them. Caradrian works pretty well to help set up either plan though, the quest or scoll also work as you have said.
