Replenishing ship's stores

Does anyone have a modifier they use for Acquisition rolls to replenish the ship's stores after a deep void run? I was thinking of handling it in increments of one month's worth of food, water, plasma fuel, ammunition and the like. Alternatively, is it even necessary to handle this with an Acquisition, or could it be assumed that supplies are "topped off" when a ship puts in at a port? I'd like to have some kind of Acquisition modifier for this I think though, simply because it'd help represent the difficulties of feeding your crew when a Rogue Trader has a massive fleet and the nearest space dock is some pathetic colony out in the depths of the Expanse.

Actualy each type of colony has a modifier that tells you how much time a ship can replenish supplies depending on ship population and colony population.

Repleneshing a ship population RT Core(page 226) for crew availability.Each planet usualy tells you if there are modifiers and some will tell you how much ship population will be replanished in one go for each type of starships.

The tables of level of availability and time and population is at pages 126,127 Dark Heresy Core. You can use also tables 9-35 from Rogue Trader Core.

I din't find the corelation between the number of crew replanished with an aquisition roll for each type of ship and any concreate table for ship stores. I believe that is like the tables from pages 126-127 of Dark Heresy Core modified for the type of consumable that the ship wishes to replenish.(Ex: food,water greater level of access and less rare on planets like civilized worlds,agri-worlds, more scare on planets like hive worlds,space stations,forge worlds; ship macrocannons amunitions more common on shipwards,navy stations, forge worlds,hive worlds,supply locations than the rest of the rest of locations). This for ship stores is only my guess.

I wouldn't make an aquisition check for normal supply-stuff. That is part of the normal costs of the ship which are in an abstract way included in the aquisition-check of the ship. You COULD make a check for availibility, if your players are in a backwater-world or something similar were certain things are hard to come by.
