Got the next response from FFG:
Rule Question:
Hello and thanks for answering. I've got a couple of rules questions about a pair of specific cards.First, Educated Officer's Response reads "Response: After and opponent's character is wounded, draw a card", and I find that "wounded" poor specific, does it mean "after giving an opponent's character one wound" or "after giving an opponent's character one or more wounds"? What if I use Short Fuse on an opponent's character, Do I draw one card (having only one trigger for Officer's Response) or do I draw seven (having seven triggers)?
Second, Prism of many views' continuous effect reads "Each player plays with the top card of their deck face up". Since it's a continuous effect and always aplicable, if my opponent draws four cards, Do I get to see all of them, because at one moment they're all been the top card before been drawn, or only the first and then the next card that remains on top, without seeing the intermediate ones?
1) Educated Officer responds to the the card being wounded, so each wound it receives is an instance that it can respond. Since all wounds from a single effect or game state are received simultaneously even if a card is targeted with more wounds than it can survive all those wounds are considered taken, allowing Educated Officer to respond to each.
2) You always draw or discard a card 1 at a time. So each card drawn from the top of the deck causes the card under it to be the top card and therefor is revealed. Effectively you r opponent is revealing all four cards they draw.

Interesting rullings, at least for me.
