Love the game. The tension between the players is enough to keep the game interesting even if you are not into the Battlestar Galactica series. I know it's early to even be thinking about this or maybe another topic has already brought this up, but I was wondering if there was any news, rumors or even ideas of any possible expansions for Galactica. Let me know. I would be one of the first in line at the game store for it. Thanks for your time.
Possible Expansions
Here's a few earlyer discusions on possible expansions:
Thanks. A lot of good ideas out there. Seems like characters are the first and obvious choice. But you never know, Fantasy Flight is does well with innovative expansions.
More characters are the last thing I want to see.
More Crisis cards reflecting events in the show? Maybe, but not that big a deal.
More skill cards with different actions on them? Interesting. I'd like to see something new in an expansion, not just more of the same.
The tricky bit will be expanding the game, but not the play time. So you can't just extend the journey to Earth. That'd be a LONG game.
We may just have to live with the fact that we won't get an expansion, perhaps due to licensing issues. I'm good with that.
