I did a search, but couldn't find any references to whether "Night Goblin Fanatic" considers cards with X as their printed cost as being odd or even? Since the card is looking for whether the "printed cost of the revealed card is odd", and X is not odd (nor is it even for that matter) I'm guessing that NGF fails to operate.

Thoughts?

The FAQ says: "Unless specified by a card, card effect, or granted player choice, the letter "X" is always equal to zero." 0 isn't odd, so you have to sacrifice the Fanatic, since it says "Otherwise, sacrifice this unit." not "If the printed cost is even, sacrifice this unit."
