I am about to purchase a used Descent with all expansions. The thing is he does not have any of the quest guides (only RtL). So is there a way to get those? Do you think FFG would send them to me as a pdf? Any help would be appreciated!

My guess would be probably not. A valid question to your vendor might be why does he not have the quest guides? Without the quest guides the game is pretty much unplayable. You might want to rethink your purchase.

Because he only played RtL and didn't needed them.

The rulebooks are available as PDF downloads. The quest guides are not, presumably to deter people trying to play them without purchasing the game.

If you write to FFG customer service, they might supply you with replacements. It is their policy to make "reasonable" component replacements for free.

Note that the quests for expansions are actually printed in the same physical booklet as their rules; only the base game has a completely separate quest guide.

Personally, I wouldn't make that purchase. Find a seller who has the quest guides, even if he doesn't have all of the expansions. You can find the ones you're missing later, separately.
