Does anyone else know how it raises?

According to the site summery they are intent on keeping it secret.

Sometimes I post and get them...and sometimes not...

And lots of times, I go away from my computer and I have more points when I get back...

Since it is a raffle and it says promotional stuff, we may get cards, merchandise (playmats ftw!!!), or maybe upgrades on the forum like a custom rank or ability to PM or something...
