Hey peeps, question regarding Creature Vault (keeping track of the npcs) + Question

By Wolfmanss, in Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay

I just bought Creature Vault + Guide to kickstart our group again, we had some heretics wanting D20 modern.

Anyways, you guys got an idea on how to keep track on your foes (like: 4 beastmen, one of em got a critical wound, the other has a condition and so on and so forth), there is only 1 card of each, so maybe somebody has gotten a golden solution besides scratching it down on paper?

Next question is. Agression / Cunning / Expertise, is those numbers one time use only or are they permanent if u decide to add for example experticse to a marauders weapon skill?

Thanks in advance

Greetings Wolfman

One thing you could do if you are using the standups, is placing critical wound cards and conditions near the monster's standups. As for wounds, the game itself recommends placing wound cards and putting tokens on top of them to represent multiple wounds. Personally, I think there are too many tokens to keep track of already for so many different purposes. Perhaps an alternative is using numbered dice - I think I will try this. For example, when a beastmen has received 9 wounds you can take a D10 or similar die, put the 9 side up and place it near the standup.

That was actually a bloody good idea!

Thanks alot :D

I've been considering using a single long tracking bar, with a different token for each participant.

There's also the old fashioned answer: write it down.
