Just a simple question.If my title is the master of whispers, and i win a challenge against the Regent. So i can gain an additional power for title oppose.

Then i win a challenge against the Master of Laws, can i still get an additional power for title oppose??

To summarize, can one get two additional power for title oppose against different titles??

So no, even if you oppose more than one opponent, "you cannot claim more than one power per round" for Opposes.
