On the conspiracy "The Locked Door" and the others like it from the Yuggoth Contract, the card says "Each of your characters committed to this story gains..." some symbol or another. I understand that the player who controls the conspiracy would gain this bonus when committing there, but does the other player, also?
The Locked Door (Who is "you"?)
That counts only for the card owner as far as I know.
Yeah, I don't know that its ever been clarified, but I've always assumed that "your" refers to the controller of the card.
I think the confusion with "You" in conspiracy cards is that they're laid out like a story card, and when you win a story and trigger the text, it affects both players. I asked this question here and sent it to FFG but havn't gotten an answer on it.

I just had something answered two days ago. When did you send yours in?

I asked the question 08/17/10 here on forums, so I assume I submitted it either that day or the next when noone could answer it.
and still waiting......

FFG is being very responsive to rules requests right now so I'd resubmit if you want an update. Also, after nine months, I think it's probably safe to assume that they missed the request and resubmitting is probably ok.
Yeah, asking something on the forums will never get you an answer. I know they have a don't post on the forums policy, which explicitly disallows answering rules questions.
If you submitted through the link below and you didn't get an answer in 2 weeks time I'd think about resubmitting it.
As far as I understand it (and may be wrong) but only the owner of the conspiracy can benefit from the effect. The opposing player is just stopping you enacting the effect by winning it.
