Angi'arie blanks out one unit's text box until the end of my turn.
Does this force a War Hyrda, a Grudgebearer or a Silver Helm Detatchment to lose its tokens?
I think i does. Just like damage tokens on Woodelves when they become developments.

I don't think it does. A unit can have damage tokens and resource tokens on it. No additional card text is required to make that legal. Developments (presumably) cannot have damage or resource tokens on them. I actually can't find anything in the rules that supports the idea that units lose their damage tokens when they become developments, even though I assume that is how it works.
Are you sure about the resource tokens on units? I can't find a rule to support this. As far as i can see a unit needs a special ruling in its text to be allowed to have resource tokens on itself.
To be honest, i don't see the problem; it's pretty clear that Angi'arie's power can be used on the turn after the 3 cards mentioned are put in play, so their resources are already placed on the cards.
In the case of the War Hydra and the Silver Helm Detachment, even if Angi'arie's power is applied, there's no reason that the resources should be discarded, since these are placed only once (when the card is played) and are already there; moreover, the "staying" of the resources tokens on those cards is not part of their text. The only thing Angi'arie's "blanking" power can do is negating the Forced effect of the Hydra (see the new FAQ) and the Action of the Silver Helm.
The same thing happens with the Grudgebearer, with an important difference. Since the bearer's constant effect (gaining 1 hammer for each resource) has priority over "normal" actions, the dwarf unit gains hammers for the previously placed resources before Angi'arie's power can affect it; however, until the hand of the turn, the forced effect is negated (or, as to say, simply doesn't exist).
The tree Kin's example is a little different: the rules say that damage is applied only to units and capitals (well, at least so it says under the description of the damage tokens
), and the Tree Kin's power says that they stop to be considered units when they become developments. If we assume that damage can't be applied to developments, we can think of a case of "illegal target".

This is incorrect. Grudgebearer's constant effect is always "checking" the # of tokens on him. When that effect is blanked, even if he retains his tokens (which I think he does), he does not gain power for them as long as his text is blank.

Asked Lukas about this, since we couldn't find anything in the rules to explicitly answer it.
Q: Do units, like Wood Elves, lose any damage and resource tokens on them when they become a development?
A: Yes, that is correct. I'll make a note to clarify this in the next FAQ. However, if the card is also a unit then unit rules take precedence and it can have damage/tokens on it for as long as it is a unit.
His answer also unintentionally answers the question about Angi'arie, since it specifies that the unit can have tokens on it as long as it is a unit.
There is still a little space to interpret it my way put i will take it as a no for my little hope -,.-
Nevertheless thank you for the answer ^^
