Can someone enlighten me as to this? I have seen a block 3 shuriken with SoC and seen people say that they are 4 point....i have only ever seen 3 point. Where they reprinted somewhere? Errata?

The Assets of Power events were held during the release of Set 8 (Domination/Cutting Edge). Seeing as they weren't going to be around for too long, FFG decided to print future copies of the Seals with the Set 3 watermark (4-point shuriken). There was no errata to any of the Seals, only an update.
