I thought Plots had there on power - that they could not be canceled with events (legal events). I was wrong?

Can:

Cannot be Bribed, Cannot be Bought
[Neutral Event] Response: After a character is knelt by an opponent's card effect, stand that character. Then, that character claims 1 power and you draw a card.

Prevent:

City of Sin

[Neutral Plot]
City.When revealed, choose and kneel up to X characters. X is the number of City plots in your used pile.

I had this posted in General discussion by accident. I just saw that someone posted there, that it indeed can be canceled, oops.

Keep in mind that technically, nothing is being "cancelled" here. Your character is still being knelt, but in response to that kneeling you are playing an event to stand your character again.

If it were a true cancel, your character would never actually kneel.
