Ahh sorry guys I haven't been to the last few and it does not seem I will be able to make this june meet either. I am off to Peru for a month so the next i will be able to make will either be the end of July or the beginning of August. I hope you manage to find more people and Bath looks forward to representing at another meet soon.

Well, I've sent a stream of e-mails to Magus' contact, but no response yet. So the Jury's still out on whether the room is free on the 18th.

Also, I can't do this Saturday as I'm going to be out of town at short notice. But I'll keep chasing the pub to get a booking out of them (and when I do, I'm going to try to book a string of dates so that we don't have to get strung out like this again in the near future).

Just to say my piece, I think that relying on someone who has lost interest in the game and is only helping the group out of the kindness of his heart is a fools errand,

If there is any uncertainty about being able to get agreed dates then I would rather host the thing myself, we meet infrequently enough as it is...

I've been chasing Magus' contact at the usual venue as hard as I can, but getting a booking confirmation out of him is like squeezing blood from a stone.

Trust me, I'm as frustrated as you guys are; all I want to do is play some AGOT and spend money on drink, but getting a reply out of the pub is proving to be a Herculean ordeal. I am genuinely gobsmacked at how slow/useless the guy is at responding.
