1) Is it possible to visit town buildings after a recuperate / train action in that same town?

2) How are monsters spawned in Lt. fights (given the OL has bought monster treachery and put monster spawn cards in his deck)? Are they spawned outside the map just like regular reinforcements?

3) How is the OL card "charge" apllied to a running Lt?

1) No. "Visit" is possible only after a "Move" action of the party in the same game week. "Train" is a completely separate option and does not include "Visit".

2) The monsters are spawned outside the exits and then may move in the next round. See GLoAQ.

3) "Run" lets the Lt. move twice its speed. "Charge" doubles the monsters speed for that activation. Thus, the Lt. gets double speed which may be moved twice = 4 times base speed total.

Edit: 1) Of course it is possible to choose "Train" and go to the Market, Alchemist or Tavern instead of the Training Grounds. But definitely not in addition to "Training".
