I did a quick search and perusal, but didn't find anything to answer my question... so here goes.

The other day we played and during the New Caprica phase, Cally found herself in a location with the revealed Cylon. She used her OPG to execute him and send him to Medical.

After the game we revisted the moment. It says, from what I recall, that Cally executes a character that she's in the same location as. Is the revealed Cylon technically a character? Ordinarily she'd be targeting unrevealed Cylons or Cylon Leaders on Galactica/Pegasus/Colonial 1 so there's no question there.

But revealed Cylons on New Caprica?

Anyone have any ideas? Or maybe a clarification I missed somewhere?

Yes, they're still a character. They still have their character card, even though it might as well be blank for skills and abilities.
