Anima has all sorts of rules that talk about taking more than one action. For example if you want to take your full move and attack, you have to take a penalty on your attack.
Or if you have over 100 in your attack rank you can take a -25 pen and take an extra attack.
These are just the most basic ones. There are more rules for thrown weapons or if you have two weapons or even two weapons and ambidextarious.
But last night I found a table that talked about maximum number of actions you could take on your turn and it was dictated by dex. You pretty much need a 11 dex if you want to take more than one action; that's super human level dex.
So Should I just ignore all those rules for taking more than one action unless my players get a dex above 10, or am I miss reading the rules.
