During character creation does the starting skills listed for each career start out as Trained (i.e. check off that box as trained)

Note that skills listed both as starting skills and as advances for the first rank cannot be chosen again to gain a +10 on the skill in the first rank. It is possible to gain the skill in both the starting skills and the origin path skills gaining +10 or +20 if it turns up a total of 3 times.
