Any idea when the reprint will come out? Been a while it has been announced.

The upcoming section here on the site still lists it as being in development (last updated in February, I think), so I suspect we won't be seeing it before summer.

Speaking of which, with the launch of QoD and the new, easier relaunch of KotS, what are the odds that house representation at Regionals might feature rather larger numbers of those houses than normal?

I think the odds are good. Targ with the shiney newness of everything. Plus many folk have a strong desire to play a dragon deck (good/bad/whatever, it should be fun). GJ witht he fact that many now will have 3 iron mines to make a useful deck with.
