Found some flavor text about the Union and Reich, largely covering known material, but with some additional facts that I have not seen elsewhere such as the fact that Edison uses a specially designed wheelchair that emit Polyphase Quartan electrons that help sustain him. Can anyone (esp French players who were around in the TOY days) confirm if this information is (was) considered official?
