I haven't really listened to much of the podcasts because there appears to be music in the background playing in both the episodes and I just cannot listen stand it. Not trying to knock you guys but something you should be mindful in the future, music kills podcasts. If you guys are at all interested in seeing what other people have done for podcasts check out Podhammer.net, its one of the best podcasts I have heard.
where's the Fred interview?
episodes "1 & 3" are the only ones there

We sent both Steve's 1st interview and Fred's in at the same time I guess FFG is just busy and hasn't gotten Fred's interview up yet?
i agree with doubld, Music = distraction.
omar: if you want Fred's interview i have it as they originaly put it up there in place of Steve's interview, if you have MSN or Yahoo i'll send it to you through there, this goes for anyone else who wants it.
N.J.
Hey guys just an update Jeremy put up the Fred interview and part 2 of Steve's interview check it out everyone .
And as far as the background music goes thanks for the feedback everyone we love to hear it . We were experimenting with something new we thought it would be a good idea but from now on there will be no more background music after episode 3 .
Leave us feedback on the next 2 episodes .
Thanks ,
Scubadude.
Good stuff Scuba, I've enjoyed the episodes that I've heard so far. Do you guys know yet when the next Steve interview will be up? I'm looking forward to that one.

Were recording part 2 of omar's interview tonight and we are working on editing the finishing touches for Steve's interview 3 so hopefully it should be up at the end of the week .
And thanks for the compliments man spread the word.
Hey scuba have you ever thought of doing a section called we're the character comes from. We got a lot of characters in the game but some of us know so little. Just thought it would be a fun and interesting segement to add to your show.

You mean you want us to go into a certain license and talk about the bio's and origins of the characters? I am having a little trouble understanding your suggestion lol let me know if thats what your suggestion is and get back to one of us .
Yeah you pretty much explained the jist of it. Like say if some one had no idea who remy was. You could find and explain his origins.

Well that would probally be more for someone who works for namco or one of the other licenses unless we have some players who have a lot of knowledge who want to talk about the license .
Also everyone we should have the final part f steves interview up early next week and our schedule for february is up .
Not sure if this is where to suggest questions, but can you guys ask Paul why it is that the new OP venue/tourney search engine fails so spectacularly? The only means I can think of to find a shop right now is to jot down Magic's nearby FNM sites and call them up asking if they play UFS >.<

If this happens, may I take care of this? I have Skype (and a need to use it), and a plethora of knowledge of Soulcalibur lore. Also, It'd be nice to just participate once in a while as the voice of the casual, not-always-tournament-available character-collecting Mexican. ^^

Role taken, but we'll see if we can't find a place for you.
Edit: It's me

i notice Surriel called me out at the end of the podcast. i had no idea he did this until i heard it.
papernaut needs death. i'm on sf4 all the time, find me and embrace your armageddon
Long opening theme is still too long. Adds nothing to the podcast.
When you ask a guest a question, and he answers it, don't ask him the same question over again.
Stop comparing everything to STG. It's dead. Let it be.
Having podcast released after POTM flyer was released weeks ago is making a great deal of of it seem really redundant and a waste of time.
Not having hosts turn off their various background noises is distracting, and annoying
When your guest says "I can't really say anything about that." Leave him alone, stop digging.
Too many cooks in the Kitchen... especially when information has to be repeated 3 times because someone didn't hear.
When your guest has had to say 5 Times "I really can't say anything about that." and the host keeps digging responding with "Oh... that's all you had to say" seems really disingenuous.
When your last guest says that "Sets with starter will be 8 characters, sets that are Boosters will be 5 characters" Listen to what that guest says. There's no need to keep dragging it out. You want us to listen to your podcasts. Listen to your own podcasts.
Listen to what your guest says. When he's already answered your question, don't ask him the same question differently.
Sorry guys... but Please respect your listeners. The 45 minutes that this podcast run was too long, and the new material that was covered in this could have been done in 20-25 minutes, or less.
