Need some help with my Chun-Li deck

With a new awesome Chun-Li to work with, I decided to whip something together, but I'm having trouble as it's not running as well as I would like it to. If anyone can give me some help that'd be great. It's a Water/Wind build.

Deck - 59 cards(+character)

Starter Character: .::::Chun-Li::::.

Attacks:

4 Hoyoku-Sen

4 Double Mittwoch

4 Hurricane Punishment/Sakura's Tatsumakisenpukyaku (haven't decided which yet)

Actions:

4 Through the Defenses

Assets:

3 Ayame's Scarf

Foundations:

4 Chester's Backing

4 Natural Leader

4 Lord of the Makai

4 Drifter

4 Angel of Evening

4 Soul of Ling Sheng-Su

4 Strife's Patronage

4 Free Will

4 Stained Honor

4 Voice of the Land

Sideboard:

4 Hurricane Punishment/Sakura's Tatsumakisenpukyaku (whichever one isn't in the main deck)

4 Rejection

It's an Aggro-Reversal deck for the most part but it's also designed to protect itself from Aggro's biggest threats, like BRT/Forethought and Bitter Rivals, though I still need to work out an answer to Rejection.

Ideally the idea is to go second, and Drop either Ayame's Scarf or Chester's Backing with Chun-Li's R, to help safeguard my cards, from then on the focus is on assembling enough attacks to drop my opponent's to 0 vitality, hopefully in their own turn.

Any thoughts anyone?

Big dreams might help as your opponent will usualy have 2 cards in their card pool after their second form of the turn and if u play it on a multiple2 attack thats +5 damage,

apart from that all i can say is, all the chunners i have seen running well have been running Feline, but that might not be possible for you rght now.

Just remeber shes good because you can play foundations during your turn then hurl a multiple at them dureing theirs, and failing that play an off symbol foundation so duel resoursing isnt too much of a problem.

If you don't have feline's you can always use lunar slash.

I recently built a water Chun-Li deck that works pretty good. I would consider adding 4 cluster bombs for the extra momentum.i would also cut the double mittwoch cause a 8 difficultly is kinda hard to throw on your opponents turn.
