How does spider's poison work against creatures?
Spider's Poison against creatures.
If a spider manages to get two lore rolls against a creature, that creature now receives a hit whenever lore is rolled against it or if the creature itself rolls lore in combat - until that creature is ordered and two lore tokens spent to remove the poison. I don't know if it is specifically spelled out, but if this works as all other situations do, any lore rolled by the poisoned creature would only have the effect of causing a hit on the creature itself, not any potential lore abilities that normally would be triggered.
The Fire Dragon seems especially dangerous against other creatures, since it allows an automatic hit for each fire token.
So does the creature still need a "critical hit" to kill it, or will the poison do the job?

Still need critical hits - poison just increases the likelihood of rolling critical checks
