Protector of Secrets Card Art

Protector of Secrets
2 cost
1 Combat, 1 Arcane
2 Skill
Independent
Response: After Protector of Secrets enters play, choose a character with cost 3 or lower. That character cannot commit to story cards during this turn.
Yeah, I can see some use for it. I have to admit it is not the 'awesomesauce' that some cards obviously are, but in a Nerd/Order bounce/refresh/control deck it can be useful. Even if you dont use the text of the card, it's a decent 2 cost character.
Not quite the million dollar lottery, but a nice cash prize all the same.
Great perspective by the way. I feel like I am a little kid and he is taunting me with his keys in a game of "Keep-away". Makes me want to punch him in the knees and take his keys away from him.
(I understand his elevated position is due to him being a few steps higher than the viewer on the stairs, but I couldn't help describing my initial reaction to the art)
Thanks again for you art, Tiziano. I pick it!
Amazing
His ability may not immediately seem great but I guarantee you will see him pop up in syndication...
I would play him in a heartbeat...
I'd play him x3.
Fabulous architecture !
I love the brass keys on that blue field.
With so many keys the Order of the Silver Twilight must have
a lot of secrets to hide!
Since the 'Protector' is a non-Unique I can imagine this character
has just accepted the keys from another protector whom he is relieving.
Keep up the good work! Your fan base grows with each release.
If I ever win Worlds and have a champion card made with my image,
without a doubt I will insist on you being the artist!

I agree. There are a few really good artists for CoC, and between Henning Ludvigsen, Patrick McEvoy and Tiziano, it's a hard choice.
For me, Tiziano's contributions to the community elevate him to a higher level.

I'm rather happy with the cash prize
, one of the worst things that can happen (from my side of the 'game production' work) is to be assigned a 'filler' card, one of those that rarely see play because there's always something better to put in. No matter how good the illustration may be, a forgettable card is the death for it.
Thank you so much,

for letting me know your personal reaction to the art. That's something I wonder a lot about 'Would this angle, this color scheme, this mood work for the players? Would it spark some kind of gut response or fall flat?' I can just see the scene you describe in my mind's eye.
Abdul Alhazred, marcoa.ramirez, Tokhuah, Kennon, Penfold
Thank you very much, great to know.

Thank you so much
, I hope I'll never disappoint. I can only say that I always strive to do the best I can.

Yes, great choice of perspective! So many artists draw straight-forward images, and if they try different perspectives it's because they can't draw hands and feet. It's almost like you're taunting Rob Liefeld
I initially thought the man holding the keys was an actual photograph. It's the good. Excellent. Really..I am just ..wow! I visited your "signature" and saw more of your art. AMAZING!!!
