I just started playing the game and am playing House Stark.

There is a major tourney upcoming surrounding the TV Premiere of Game of Thrones on HBO/HBO Canada.

Can anyone suggest a good House Stark deck to build?

I forgot to mention I only have the Core starter set and 2 Chapter packs. Am awaiting my store to get the Expansions back in stock.

By "the Expansions" in the above statement you mean the Lords of Winter expansion, right?

There are quite a few stark decks on CardGameDB . As Rata said it is hard to give you any tips unless we know what you plan to have by the time the tourney comes around. If you are only going to have Core and Lords of Winter and a couple chapter packs I suggest you use the decklists that come with the Lords of Winter expansion. Perhaps slightly tweaked if you have good cards from the couple chapter packs. The direwolf decklist is in the Lords of Winter box is a good agressive build that could do well at a tourney.

For Expansion set, yes I did mean Lords of Winter. My local store had it and alot of chapter packs but whole wall got sold 20 mins before I got there.

As for Chapter packs themselves, I have "The Wildling Horde" chapter pack and "Tales From Red Keep" chapter pack.

In that case a direwolf deck would certainly be a good idea: Tales from the Red Keep gives you Sansa and Syrio Forel, and there's Ghost in The Wildling Horde. Direwolf is fine without any of those, but given the deck uses Siege of Winterfell, Syrio works well with A Storm of Swords(or any epic phase cards) and Ghost is an extra direwolf, who has stealth, can return to hand in any phase and can be used with Jon Snow for extra power gain. Sansa is used for defense, and you can play Lady for free to give Sansa Renown so she can be used for Dominance.
