If I enter a location with two or more monsters can I fight them in one turn, one after another, or I should wait for the next turn to attack the next monster?

Yes, you can fight them both in the same turn (if you survive long enough). Actually, you don't have much choice - you must (generally) either fight or evade every monster in the area if you want to move into it, move out of it, or stay in it.

Also don't forget that once a fight is over you lose any remaining movement points that you had, so you have to stay there for the rest of the movement phase.

You must engage both monsters in the same turn, one at a time. You can either try to evade one or both or try to fight one or both. If you fail an evade on either, your movement is over even if you successfully evade the other.

You may fight them in any order you choose.
