it looks like your Hoss figure is leaning back from the base, or if you hold your figure vertically your base won't be at a right angle, it appears to have a slight deflection.

I had a similar problem with my Fury of Dracular mini's. You're in luck cos i have the solution to correct your figure.

1 Put the kettle on.

2 when it's boiling hold the figure over the steam coming from the boiling kettle, in such a way so that most of the figure's base and feet are over the kettle outlet. For best results hold it so that the base deflection is above the horizontal line rather than below the horizontal so the base should simply right itself as the steam fatigues the plastic. (i used serving tongues to hold my figure so as not to scold myelf)

3 as soon as the figure and base are at right angles run it under the cold tap.

disclaimer. my figures were unpainted Fury of Dracula Minis i haven't tried this with a pre-painted one.

My deadalus map expnsion came today along with the equipment cards.

all look good except the deadalus map box is really flimsy and the corner of my board was damaged/dented. luckily though it wsn't the important internal corner that forms the centre of the map.

I noticed that in the equipment cards pack they put the information sheet inbetween the two layers of packaging, it's very easy to miss it and some folkes are bound to throw it away if they don't keep their boxes at worst ,or consign it to the loft for long time at best, if they do keep their boxes

Yeah that little sheet is easy to miss, I almost tossed mine with the packing materials.

anyway good first vid, very informative, i wouldnt worry about the zooming etc as its good to see up close some stuff.

i used to use a board on the table the size of the zoomed area on the camera, that way i always new where to put stuff that would be in focus, if it helps at all..

I had a similar bent model issue with Yula.
FFG's solution is as you described.
I dipped mine in not quite boiling water, waited for it to self right then immersed in cold (iced) water.

How do the cards deal with bonus tokens from the single packs?

well mine should be here today, but i believe as they say, they come with them all

Actually, the equipment cards pack looks like it includes cards for everything up to and through Hoss. According to FFG, expansions going forward will have equipment cards with them.

Now if only they would drop a hint or two about those following expansions...

Miah, I hope you are not right, but you could be. I did not like how they made Oksana union compatable (same with gorgei). I hope that they come out with expansion characters that are matriarch specific. Such as the other battle armors, and human troops. I don't know if they will come out with a fourth faction, although I wish they would. I don't know why they wouldn't like the matriarch though, they are a really cool faction.

well i must say im happy with three, hey and i like redheads,lol.

i would like to see maybe a book of scenarios and i dunno some sort of campaign, maybe more mercs, what about some sort of flying droid/demon, or a whole demonic type faction that has broken through, of course i would still love field ops as i said, and this could be probable (maybe with fingers crossed)

I played a few games now with the new equipment cards and they're cool, but as usual there are some errors on them. one card lists grenade damage inorrectly and one card is headed as a bonus equipment card when is part of a standard pack. if i remember correctly its Eva's Iron Cross, but i don't have em with me at the moment so i'm not sure

Maybe it's because single characters are easier to sell if they are compatible with the base game. Instead of saying to purchase this character you must own the base game and the following expansions. i doubt it has anything to do with leaving out a faction.

Same as the tide of Iron games. I wish every expansion took note of the previous expansions but they are designed to be played with the base game. They don't really involve or require any previous expansion except the designer series book of course.

Got a question about the Hoss pack. I heard that you get Eva Kramer's Winter Pack with that. But after the goof with McNeils not having "Lets Go Follow Me" and instead had "Moving Target" Im just a tad curious.

You get Eva's Winter Pack with Hoss and the cards for both Eva and John's Bonus packs are right, evn though as you say he got moving target although it's not a bad token really. Although the artwork on to show who the token belongs to isen't Eva in her winter outfit which I was kinda disapointed about, but what ya goona do.
