Playing a card as a form or block. Counts as playing a card type?

By malk7, in UFS Rules Q & A

Question that's been bothering me. If you play a card as a form it counts as playing a card of that type. But i've been reading that if you play a block of a card type, for example and attack, counts as playing an attack since you are playing one, not for the attack, but as a block. That same goes for foundations, if you play one as a block it counts as playing a foundation. Is this correct? Cards like:

These cards apply for attacks (Fight for the Future and Anti-Social apply for attacks played by your opponent). If i play an attack as a block (or your opponent play an attack as block for Fight for the Future or Anti-Social), i can apply these effects for that block?

Yes Absolutely.

you are indeed playing an attack card no?

Yes. Thanks very much for the clearing.
