so garden of morr can tick everytime an action window opens up.

that being said combine it with LOQTZA action: spend 2 resources to deal x dmg to target unti where x is the # of lizzies in this zone

the question is does it tick each time he uses the slanns ability or like I am arguing it happens once per action window

so only once per "action window as per the most recent faq turn update" instead

or per action taken during the same action window

I think i am right because of the wording one or more

It does not need to wait for an action window to open up,it is not restricted to only happening once per action window. If multiple units die simultaneously, it gets only 1 token. Aside from that, it instantly gets a token every time something dies. Hopefully this answers your question, as I couldn't really understand what you were trying to say.
