I have just received my Runewars game, which is the first game I've bought from FFG.

I noticed that some of the miniatures are bent (compared to the ones from pictures on the web) and one of them is even broken.

I am not talking about a little angle - some of them are clearly bent more than 45 degrees.

Is there anything I can do about it? Can FFG replace my miniatures with new ones?

I'm not sure about their policy on bent minis though. It's not uncommon for minis made with this kind of soft plastic to get bent (sometimes seriously bent) - that goes for all companies, not just FFG. It appears to be a hazard of the medium. The good news is there's a popular hot water/cold water trick that works pretty well to straighten them out.

There was a really good video tutorial about it on boardgamegeek.com not too long ago, but I can't find the link right now. Google it, though. "Bent minis, hot water cold water."
