Do any of the published warhammer FRPG products have the stats for a dragon in them? I am just curious.

There's Dragons in the Creature Guide and the Creature Vault.

Indeed it does, it also has rules for Wyverns. I believe those two are the only dragon-like creatures available at the moment.

Correct, which leaves the unfortunate exclusion of 1st editions favorite the Jabberwocky. A creature that was also unfortunately omitted from 2e as well.
