Who said she had no Faith? There's nothing to say that the Blighted Progeni can't hold fast to a belief in the God-Emperor as saviour of mankind. In fact they may feel that they are undertaking this dark and "heretical" knowledge in order to better serve him - possibly similar to teh Oblationist philosophy. It is a burden that they carry in order to do his work - through service to the Inquisition.
In many ways they could be seen as *more* faithful than other acolytes.
