Card Sleeves

By FellintoOblivion, in Dust Tactics

The cards for DT are pretty irregularly shaped, anyone know if there are sleeves that will fit them?

you might find someting that can handle the cards at office depot for handling pictures or something .

a small number of people have said they use counters of some sort or other to mark damage , i like many others just use the dry erase markers and after around 170 or so games , have not had a problem .

There are sleeves that are 4 to a page, acid free from major companies. You would probably have to order them, however, and even these may not fit properly.

My girlfriend and I use colored bead tokens to mark damage and indicate which duplicate model has activated. Works very well.

Look for 'Index Card' sleeves they come in a variety of sizes. Am waiting for my game to turn up, so don't know the size, what size are they?

the dust cards are 10cm x 14cm

I finally found some sleeves at the local Hobby Lobby: "photo Art Bags" by Linco, 4" x 6" so they fit almost perfectly (just a little long). They are slightly thinner than the plastic used by standard game and sports card sleeves, but they feel sturdy enough to do the job.

I laminated mine with 4x6 photo sleeves from staples. I like my gaming stuff to be able to handle a ruff life. By laminating them I don't have to worry about my kids spillingmy friends who for some reason bend cards. Highly recommend laminating.
