tiranoc chariot

By Primus_Magicus, in Warhammer: Invasion The Card Game

Anyone knows why the picture on the card has a lion chariot on it? In my HE armybook the tiranoc chariots are with horses. Lone warriors sometimes travelling days to aid in battles, though lions would not make sense for that (are build for short burst, not long distance endurance) I thought the white lions where from the chrace region on Ulthuan (like the other chariot card), not from tiranoc.

It's like the Warrior of Ulric wearing regular brown bear pelts instead of white wolf pelts.

Yeah, should have been horses, not lions. Disappointing.

That proofs only one thing - the arts not always are the one that should be. Warriors of Ulric and Tiranoc Chariot are just one of the example.

With the number of cards they have released thus far, if those are the only 2 fluff slip ups they're doing pretty **** good.

Yeah, disapointed me as well this mistakes on the pics. Anyway are still nice artworks, I apreciate them all.

Chosen of Tzeentch wearing red and brass - wrong on so many levels.

Blue Horrors are apparently pink.

Snotling Saboteurs has a picture of goblins on it, not snotlings.

Blessing of Mymidia has the goddess wielding a sword not a spear.

Those are the ones I could think of off the top of my head, there are probably more.

BTW, the art on Warriors of Ulric was recycled from WarCry but the original card had a more appropriate name.

Yes, that's a small problem of W:I - the art not always reflects the Warhammer reality. And all those small mistakes are a pain to a fan that know this reality very well. There's just hope that in the future we will see less such errors.
