Amazon does not have any RtL anymore and there is only one seller selling it at nearly 120 USD!! Is RtL out of print? It is also not available from FFG website? Will there be a reprint soon?

The most recent print run may well be out, but I highly doubt it's gone forever. Check the Upcoming page to see the status of any planned reprinting.

Copies are also in stock at various hobby stores. There's one in my area that had at least a couple copies of virtually all Descent items, except the dice.
