Forging Magic weapons?

By AvivHighwind, in Anima: Beyond Fantasy RPG

Okay, so I was wondering if there was any way on creating a magical weapon. To be more exact, a magical rapier. My character is a warrior summoner, and I was going to have the said weapon augment his summoning capabilities and increase his chance of summoning a familiar.

Does anyone know if this is possible/feasible?

I don't believe the core rulebook addresses making "magical items" outside the standard +5 to +25, (or +0 -5, and so on). This would be something your DM could probably decide if he wanted to allow.

Also, some other users here may have read books that aren't released in english yet... there might be rules in one of those books, but not in the Core or DM book.

Unfortunately no rules for Artifacts so long...

It was suggested that Arcana Exxet should have had them...but then something else came as "more important" (I believe Incarnations and Sheeles) and they were not included...

It's really unsetting that it seems that somehow Anima Studio already HAS some rules for them but hasn't printed them yet...

I have yet to find magic creation rules that I like.

Make it an adventure. Have them need to find the material and then someone who can craft it. I don't think a summoner warrior can do it himself.

Even better, let the character find about some long lost family member who has died/needs his help. They go on this great adventure the end of which he finds his families long lost sword, or something like that.

Make getting a magic item cool.

I never really liked going to the magic item store.
