I hereby petition FFG to make the bonus ending cards available for the Print On Demand line! hey might not be perfect matches, but ey might be nicer tan anything we can print ourselves. Who here wouldn't pay for these?

I would definitely pay for them. In fact I had already e-mail FFG about this and they said they'll have to see how it goes with the Death Angel PoD before they extend it to other products. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

That would be pretty cool, and although they say PoD is not really good for integrating cards into decks, it would be good for new decks...

Print on Demand would not be optimal for every game in the FFG catalog. Games that would be a good candidate for micro-expansions would be games that do not require additional cards to be shuffled into existing decks. In the case of Death Angel, the Space Marine cards do not need to be shuffled into a deck that will be randomly drawn from.

But personally I don't mind seeing yellow and/or soft Adventure cards and I would want to buy them. With this PoD we would have a chance to see cards that would connect other regions, for example Warlock Quests that would force us to go to Highland and Dungeon or affect Treasure/Relic cards. Spells that would have better effect when cast in certain Region, more Relics &c.

Talisman I think would gain a lot from PoD.

Concerning the print quality:

I played cosmic encounter a while ago and the guy who owned it had the "alien species cards" (or whatever they are called) from the different expansions separated. There was a noticeable difference between the cards. I doubt it would get worse with print on demand content.

Most of the turmoil around the PoD expansions for Death Angel revolved around the linen finish which the original DA cards have, but the PoD don't. For Alternate endings and characters in Talisman this is not a problem as they don't have linen finish.

I have DA but I don't play it.

Anyway, I would suggest You comparing colours of English Ending cards from Highland and Sacred Pool - they're definitely different. Or Spells from Frostmarch from international prints.
