Missing a small monster base

After purchasing the game and opening it i realised due to attaching the monsters with the bases that a small monsterbase is missingenfadado.gif.

Because of this a smal monster has no base and i can not play the game correct. I send a mail to parts address and i received only an automatic message and no personal answer that they will take care of this.

That is very annoying but i can do nothing but only to waiting.

Can someone tell me a hint about this situation. Its unacceptable to have to wait all this situation and cant play the game right

Are you certain it is a base you are missing and not that you have an extra model? I only ask as there was someone who posted here who had all the required components and an extra plastic monster and made the assumption that, as he had no base for the extra, he was short a piece.

No i have a monster counter and a small monster that they have no base.The small bases are 20 and monters too.I have 19.That s very annoyingenfadado.gif

I plan on keeping figures separate from bases since I'm keeping the original and will need to transport the game on and off. Since the monster tokens can be slid out of the bases, you can easily use one base for two different figures while waiting for your replacement base. Does any scenario feature all the different small-base monsters?

Don t now if any scenario needs all small monsters,but i found it at the time i have them near all glue with the monsters.I have left only a cultist without a base(missing) so every time i played, i changed the monster countersad.gif to one cultist.But that is a little disturbing.

I send an email to [email protected] about the missing part and my shipping address, but the only response was an automatic message.Do they send parts without to reply to the customer s email?Does anyone know?

Been a while since I last contacted them, but if you included your full mailing address, might receive them without further notice. Though I would expect possibly Thaadd will get back to you soon enough (after the weekend).
