I've still not got the game (short supply in UK) and am wondering about building the walkers. With the new expansion for walkers in mind, are the models clip together so you can change model configuration when you want to or do you have to glue the parts together?

I'm also thinking of getting Tamiya 1/48 tank crew to place as commanders in the turrets, are the model scales compatible, can the hatches be easily opened?

Clip all the way buddy. At least for the main weapons, the spot light and mg's I glued on. The allied expansion walker includes two turrets and then additional main weapon guns. You can swap these guns out with the base set walker guns.

If you have any modeling skills use the smal magnets. They work great on all GW models and even on the AT43 stuff. Its worth the effort if you like to change out waepons or dont wantto buy a lot of stuff but still change out that you have. Magnets can be gotten on ebay chaep. Good luck and message me if you need some advice.
