Do force weapons retain their special abilities when swung via precision telekinesis ?

As a GM I would say yes because their is a psychic link between the weapon and the user and everyone know that flesh and distance do not matter in the Warp. But in term of power, it can be quite unbalanced. So, I want your opinion.

I'd say no, other than with kine weapons (the type used in Eisenhorn, etc) that are designed for such use.
