With the reprint of the card do you have to spend one threat token per monster that is moved?

The card says move "a monster" so I'd assume one monster per use.

I don't have the card in front of me, but doesn't that card also include a statement that it can only be used once each turn?
If that is the case, I'd say you can only ever move one Monster per turn with it. So the question is moot.

No, it doesn't. There is no restriction to the amount of uses, but it costs one threat per use, one monster per use. It says on the card you may use it "once per monster," Not once per turn.
