Right guys, I'm sure we're all keen to get another London meet going. How does end of March sound? Say Saturday 26th? If this is good for everyone I'll see if I can set something up at a pub somewhere.

Let's try and make this the biggest meet-up yet! Bath people, Brighton people, I'm sure I remember someone from Nottingham on this forum. Let's try and get a proper meta sorted out! Maybe one day we'll see an English champion at Gen-con!

Yeah, we definitely need to get a proper meta started! Only 8 months to go 'til european championiships The 25th of March sounds good to me for the usual melee/joust afternoon, I'll be there.

I'd love a late March meetup. I know most people would prefer meeting on the 26th, but I've got prior commitments - I'd be able to pull out, but I'd rather not. I'd prefer a 27th meetup, though I'd still probably go to a 26th meetup.

Firstly apologies on my part - I've been slack in getting another meet together for a number of reasons. I completed my dissertation 6 weeks ago, work has been busy and another meet up group that I run has taken off in a totally unexpected way. For these reasons I think I will have to bow out of the group. I will also be giving up the game and selling my card collection as I'm just not playing enough. So any offers are welcome - I'll post on another thread with what I have in the next week or so.

I will however organise another meet up. Also my fees on the meet up site are due and I'm happy to pay for this and pass the ownership of the group on - you'll get 6 months free on me. Also I can pass on the details of the pubs in the London Bridge area although if someone else takes this on they may want to find a different venue. I'm happy to offer any advice for booking pubs.

I also want to say that it has been a real pleasure gaming with you all. Sadly my enthusiasm for the game is not what it was.

Sorry for my radio silence, I've been out of the country for a bit.

Is there plans for a meetup next weekend? If so, I'm there. Don't really care how many people turn up, it's been forever since I got a game in and any type of matchup would be good.

As for taking the group forward with Magus stepping out, I'd be happy to do whatever needs doing to keep things moving, if people want. I'm not expert at booking venues, but am sure that I'll figure it out fairly quickly.

The only upcoming dates I definitely can't do are Saturday/Sunday of April 2/3. Every other weekend is good for me.

I'd really prefer a 27th meetup now, and will probably not be able to make a meetup on the 26th - people won't be particularly pleased with me pulling out of the meetup on the 27th this soon before the meetup!

Yeah, game on the 27th would work best for me.

Any other takers? Let me know and I'll call around to see if either of our two usual venues have a room free.

yes i think sunday 27th works better for me than the 26th too. I should be able to make it.

Sunday is actually better for me as well.

Called the St Chris from work several times, no luck on any occasion.

I'll give them another call today (when I won't have to sneak away from my desk on some made up pretext) to see if they can reserve a table for 12.00 tomorrow. If that's not possible then I'll book out the room on the next available weekend datewe'll go from there.
