Just need a clarification for this ability, if I respond with her ability to play a non-action after my opponents second resolved form can I play a split card that has an action side. Example is I respond and attack with Omnidirectional Cluster Bomb. It has an action side so Im wondering if it is a legal choice.

i would say its 100% legal as long as you reveal the said card and announce you are playing it as an attack. Once you've declared it as an attack it is no longer an action so you can resolve it as an attack with her ability.

You may because her ability says non action, not non action card. So as long as you dont play it as an action that is fine.
