I am very much wanting to buy Dunwich Horror, but finding it difficult as it is reprint.

My question is: Is this just a reprint or are there rules clarifications, card fixes, or other fixes that are being taken into consideration?

If there are going to be fixes, I'll sacrifice the sanity point on patience and wit.

There won't be any changes. They are just reprinting it to replenish stock.
