I heard there was a 70+ person tourney somewhere in Europe this past weekend...was it Spain?
Anyone care to share details? I would love to know what made top 8, who and what deck ultimately won, and what the overall house representation was

Yeah, me too. Gualdo posted a very short remark over on agotcards.org. Apparently, 74 players participated, two Starks and two Martells were in the top 4, and Stark won. Apart from that, I've seen nothing.
Come on, my fellow Europeans! Give us a full account!

Almost correct, but in fact Martell was the winner.
I didn“t see the final matches because I was playing the melee tournament at the same time, but as a summary I could say that Martell showed that is probably the strongest house, while Lannister did a bit worse than I expected. Stark was the surprise, with several players in the top and getting second and third, and the other houses were a somehow behind them (at least in this tournament).
In the spanish forum there is the complete report, they made lots of photo to make a FFG Forum report so let's wait ;-)
Ser Garras stark deck is publishet on agotcards.org
Very interesting deck played in a graetly manner ;-)
Where is the spanish forum?
Edit:
FYI - Stark deck mentioned above is here http://www.agotcards.org/deck/v/168 . At first glance, it looks like a straightforward Stark direwolf deck. No agenda...the only surprises are that it's running only 3 events (3x Endless Endurance) and 18 locations, which seems a bit high, but I guess it worked. I like the addition of Frozen Moat.
I'm going to write an article about the tournament shortly. Meanwhile you can visit our forum: www.guardiadelanoche.com/foro (Spanish)
I have openen a topic here: www.fantasyflightgames.com/edge_foros_discusion.asp
I will complete the results as soon as I have them.
